Reference sheets are required unless you would like a design made by us or artistic liberty. Not all designs are able to be made into a fursuit, so we will discuss how best to bring your character to life!We will ask for a measurements for heads and paws, as well as a duct tape dummy and a pair of shoes for bodysuit and feetpaw orders respectively.Our fursuit heads are made on 3D printed bases using TPU filament. Static jaws are our specialty and come standard, while moving jaws will have an extra fee included.Reference sheet
A solid reference sheet is the best way to ensure your character gets made to your vision! An unshaded, 3 view reference sheet is best. We will work with 2 view references as well, as long as the markings and details are clear.High quality fur and fabrics are picked to match your reference as closely as possible. Please be aware that these fabrics come in limited colors and many color nuances cannot be matched. We will find the best alternative to fit your character.Payment
Payment is done through invoice. A 30% down payment is required for custom commissions in order to cover all material costs. This down payment is non-refundable. Payment plans can be discussed.
Shipping and handling will be added upon completion.
Everything must be paid in full before we ship your commission.For pre-made fursuit purchases, payment must be made in full within 48 hours of purchase unless a payment plan have been discussed beforehand.We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to refund a commission at any time.ALLERGY ALERT
We have dogs. They are kept away from suits and materials as best as possible, but we can make no guarantee that our products will be allergen-free.WIPs, Updates, and Modeling
We take pride in our communication and consistent updates. We will update you at every step of the process. We reserve the right to upload work-in-progress and finished photos of all of our projects and products on any social media. If you want your project to be kept private, please notify us ahead of time.Shipping
We ship worldwide with UPS and USPS including insurance and tracking information.
The commissioner pays for shipping in a final, separate payment.We can provide an estimate for shipping costs, but keep in mind it may differ based on date of shipment and location. After shipping out the product, we are no longer responsible for the shipment nor any additional custom fees.Warranty and repair
Any suit we make has a lifetime warranty for seam and small repair. For this warranty, we ask that the client covers shipping. Anything major may require repair fees.Please clean and dry your suit before sending it in for repairs. Sending a fursuit for repair without having been properly washed will result in a voided warranty and a $50 cleaning fee.Fursuits and fursuit parts will wear down over time as you wear it. Taking proper care of your suit is the best way to ensure longevity.Brush your suit every time you wear it and wash after every major outing. Use an alcohol spray inside your fursuit head after every wear to kill bacteria and keep it smelling fresh.
