Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Orders from individuals under the age of 18 may be accepted with explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Order Requirements

To ensure the accurate creation of your custom fursuit, a reference sheet is required unless you opt for a design created by us or grant us artistic liberty. Please note that not all designs can be feasibly translated into a fursuit, and we will collaborate with you to determine the best approach to bring your character to life.

For fursuit heads and paws, we require precise measurements. For bodysuit and feetpaw orders, a duct tape dummy and a pair of shoes are necessary, respectively. Our fursuit heads are crafted using 3D-printed bases made from TPU filament. Static jaws are included as standard, while moving jaws are available for an additional fee.

Reference Sheet Guidelines

A comprehensive reference sheet is essential to accurately capture your character’s design. We recommend an unshaded, three-view reference sheet for optimal clarity. Two-view references are acceptable provided all markings and details are clearly defined.

We meticulously select high-quality fur and fabrics to match your reference as closely as possible. However, due to limited color availability in fabrics, exact color matches may not always be achievable. In such cases, we will identify the closest available alternative to best represent your character.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed via invoice. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required for custom commissions to cover material costs. Additional payment plans may be available upon request and agreement. Shipping and handling fees will be calculated and added upon completion of your order. Full payment is required prior to shipment.

For pre-made fursuits, full payment must be completed within 48 hours of purchase unless a payment plan has been prearranged.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel and refund any commission at our discretion.

Allergen Notice

Please be advised that dogs are present in our workspace. While we take proactive measures to minimize allergen exposure—such as storing all materials and projects out of the dogs' reach—we cannot guarantee that our products are entirely free of allergens. Customers with severe allergies are encouraged to contact us for additional information before placing an order.

Project Updates and Media Rights

We prioritize clear and consistent communication throughout the commission process. You will receive regular updates at each stage of production. We reserve the right to share work-in-progress and completed project photos on our social media platforms. If you prefer your project to remain private, please notify us in advance.

Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping via UPS and USPS, including insurance and tracking. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be invoiced separately upon completion of your order.

While we provide estimated shipping costs, final charges may vary based on shipment date and destination. Once the product has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package or any additional customs fees incurred.

Warranty and Repairs

All fursuits come with a lifetime warranty covering seam and minor repairs. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty repairs. Major repairs, including fur replacement, may incur additional fees. Please contact us for further details.

To maintain warranty coverage, fursuits must be cleaned and dried before being sent in for repairs. Failure to do so will void the warranty and result in a $50 cleaning fee.

Care and Maintenance

Fursuits and their components will naturally experience wear over time. Proper care is essential to prolong the lifespan of your suit. We recommend brushing the fur after each use and washing the suit following major outings. Additionally, use an alcohol-based spray inside the fursuit head after each wear to eliminate bacteria and maintain freshness.
